It is not legal advice and should not be published for real customers until reviewed and approved by qualified counsel. ## Service MIM Depot provides access to research-style invention packets, source-backed candidate briefs, proof chamber materials, receipts, and related delivery records. MIM outputs are research and product-discovery materials. They are not legal, patent, medical, financial, engineering, scientific, regulatory, investment, or safety advice. ## Account Access Customers may need an account to access purchased or authorized packet materials. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and login access. ## Payment and Entitlement Paid access is only valid after MIM records server-side payment verification or other approved entitlement evidence. Browser return pages are not payment verification by themselves. Payment card entry is handled through hosted payment infrastructure. MIM does not intentionally store full payment card numbers or CVV codes. ## Packet Access Packet access may include markdown, JSON, source excerpts, proof chamber notes, validation dossiers, and claim-boundary records. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, packet access does not transfer ownership, patent rights, invention rights, commercial rights, exclusive rights, or licensing rights. ## No Guaranteed Outcome MIM Depot does not guarantee that any candidate, packet, invention idea, source clue, mechanism, report, or proof chamber is: - novel - patentable - commercially valuable - scientifically validated - safe for real-world use - legally cleared - market-ready - investment-ready - guaranteed to produce revenue ## Rights Agreements Option agreements, license agreements, assignments, exclusivity, royalties, milestones, or commercial rights require a separate written agreement signed through an approved process. ## Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for: - Using packets only within the access rights granted. - Not treating draft research as professional advice. - Getting independent legal, patent, technical, safety, regulatory, and business review before real-world use. - Not redistributing private packet materials unless allowed in writing. ## Prohibited Use You may not use MIM Depot to: - Commit fraud or misrepresent ownership. - Claim validation that MIM has not provided. - Bypass payment, access, or signing controls. - Use packet content in unsafe, illegal, or unauthorized ways. - Extract or redistribute private materials outside the granted access terms. ## Refunds and Support Refund and support rules are stated in the support and refund policy. Refunds may depend on product type, delivery status, access logs, duplicate charges, technical failure, or written agreement terms. ## Suspension Zadeo AI may suspend access for suspected fraud, payment failure, unauthorized redistribution, security risk, or violation of these terms. ## Changes We may update these terms.
