## Support Hours

Initial production target:

- Response target: within 2 business days
- Critical access or payment issue target: same business day when possible

## Digital Product Delivery

MIM Depot products may be delivered as digital packet access, downloadable files, email links, or account-gated access.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds may depend on whether the packet was delivered, opened, downloaded, or materially defective.

## Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered when:

- A duplicate charge occurred.
- The wrong product was charged.
- Payment was captured but access was not delivered.
- A technical failure prevents access and cannot be resolved.
- The product description materially did not match the delivered access.
- A refund is required by applicable law.

## Refund Limits

Refunds may be denied or limited when:

- The customer accessed and downloaded the packet successfully.
- The request is based on disagreement with research conclusions rather than delivery failure.
- The customer expected legal, patent, medical, scientific, investment, or engineering advice that MIM does not provide.
- The customer violated access, redistribution, payment, or signing terms.

## Chargebacks

If a customer files a chargeback, access may be suspended while the payment dispute is reviewed. MIM may use transaction receipts, access logs, fulfillment emails, and support records to respond.

## Cancellations

Subscription or recurring access rules should be added before subscriptions are offered publicly. Until then, this policy covers one-time digital packet transactions only.
